While we make all efforts to ensure goods that leave here are in excellent condition, sometimes faulty goods slip through. If you receive an item that is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. If you have ordered online and something is the wrong size, we’re also more than happy to exchange it for the correct size although additional freight charges will apply. All returns and faulty items must be in their original, unwashed state with tags attached.
How To Return/Exchange Goods
Please email sales@goldenfleece.co.nz within 14 days of purchase telling us the reason for your return.
We will ask you a few details and confirm approval for the return and then provide you details for the return address.
We only refund return postage costs when items are faulty and sent within New Zealand.
If you’re returning a garment and you live overseas, all returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. For international returns, we strongly recommend using a traceable postage method.
Refund Policy
Refunds where required shall be issued to the same payment method as they were made unless it is not possible to do so.
Customs/Duty & Local Tax Disclaimer
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the destination country. Golden Fleece ships all orders with duties and taxes unpaid, we do not collect any local GST/VAT, duties, or taxes. We are not able to predict if any charges will be made. If you do incur any of these additional charges they must be paid by yourself in order for the package to clear local customs. Golden Fleece is not liable for and duties and taxes that may be incurred for your package to clear customs in the destination country. If you are not sure, we recommend you get in touch with your local customs office. Golden Fleece is not liable for for any items returned to us by your countries customs service, however we will get in touch with you to discuss alternative options should this occur, additional charges may apply if we need to re-ship the item(s). If an alternative can not be arranged, at our discretion we may refund you less any shipping costs incurred.
