What Happens When I Place An Order?
We will pack your order, and get it shipped out on the next working day. You will receive emails updating the status of your order, and with tracking information once the shipment is underway.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Your freight cost is calculated and provided at checkout time when you place your order.
Can I order by telephone?
Absolutely, if you are not comfortable with the Shopping Cart system
What If I Have Queries Or Need To Add Additional Information With My Order?
No problem. The Shopping Cart includes a special Queries Box for this purpose.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, UnionPay, AliPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, AfterPay.
How do I know it is safe to use my credit card?
The transaction system is hosted on a secure server, and all details are encrypted so they cannot be intercepted by third parties
What about New Zealand Taxes for non-NZ customers?
NZ tax is included in all our product prices, but this tax will be deducted from the ticket prices of the items ordered at checkout stage..
Can My Order be Shipped to a Post Office Box?
You can if you have it arranged with you post office. You will need to provide a physical address to have your order delivered.
How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
All orders will be shipped airmail. It normally takes 10 - 14 working days anywhere in the world.
Do you insure the packages?
Yes. We have insurance covering theft and accidental damage to the packages whilst in transit. Once the package has been delivered and signed for however, the packages are no longer covered by insurance.
What happens if the item I buy doesn't fit?
We will exchange for another size or colour wherever possible, otherwise a refund or credit may be given at our discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the shipping costs, so please follow our sizing guides carefully. We will be happy to assist you by phone or email with any queries. You will be required to cover the cost of return the incorrect item to us, there may be an additional shipping cost to send the new one out which we look at on a case by case basis. When in doubt, ask, we’re happy to help.
